Position: Accounting / Office Administrative Assistant
Closing Date: 7-31-2007

Responsibilities: Prepare daily cash deposits, reports, Accounts Payable, and extensive Accounts Receivable. Maintain accurate and complete vendor/Customer information. Must have 2-5+ years exp to include strong reconciliation work. Seeking detail oriented, hands on person. Excellent accounting skills with strong analytical and organizational skills required.

This individual must also be customer service oriented with excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to work on Saturday twice a month on shift. Candidate must come with a team player mentality & work well with little supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: General administrative office duties, Quickbooks accounting, AP, AR, payroll, ability to generate & maintain Excel spreadsheets, answer phones, maintain customers records, manage all aspects of shipping, handling and mail tracking. Data Entry Filing, incoming/outgoing mail. Assist as needed for special projects Maintain office supplies.

Requirements: Must have 2-5+ years experience, and should be in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting and or certification. Must be meticulous as well as possess strong managerial experience in accounting. Must be proficient with QuickBooks Pro Accounting Software.

Position: Network Engineer (Part Time Also Available)
Closing Date: 7-31-2007

Responsibilities: Engineer will be responsible for providing remote and on-site Unix, Microsoft, network hardware and software support for clients in the Los Angeles County area. Engineer must have 3-5 years of real world experience with the following;

• Design, deploy and Administer Windows 2K & 2003 servers of small to medium size clients.

• Setup network management and monitoring architecture.

• Design, implement and administer TCP/IP network using routers and switches.

• Optimize network and server performance.
  Create project plans, manage resources, communicate with vendors, and interact with clients.

We need engineers who can install, configure and maintain servers and workstations in complex network environments with minimal supervision. Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving difficult problems related to PC hardware, network topology, security, broad business application software and peripherals in dynamic and challenging working environments. Engineer must have real world experience with computer hardware and software troubleshooting. 

Requirements: Must have 3+ years of real world experience and be able to install, configure and maintain the following: Windows Server 2000/2003, MAC OS, Active Directory, Exchange 2000/2003/2007, SQL, Terminal Server, RAID, Symantec Security and Backup products, VPN, and Cisco PIX firewalls.
